OK, so I ended up not going thursday night because I didnt get out of work till 6:30PM, which to way too late to try to go to the gym eat dinner, and get enough sleep to wake back up at 3:45Am.... but that gave me an well needed extra day of rest, been hitting it somthing fierce lately... Last night was a decent shoulder back night, I did hit a new high for shrugs, but didnt have any other record breakers, but was able to sustain my resluts from last week..... Back, shoulders, biceps: Shrugs Bent Rows Lateral Pull's Lateral Raises Cable Curl Preacher curl On a side note I sort of started a very bad cycle of events this week.... after frsuteration of just not really losing any weight (I was down, but not what I want) I ended up cutting calories significantly... like more than 65%... and I am really starting to feel it, my energy level is in the tank, im moodly, and am constantly sore from this..... but the weight loss has started in a positive direction again, was down to 215, with creatine in me.... I know I'm going to cut some muscle doing this but I am thinking I may be able to try some sort of a zig zag approach to this, at least to get my motivation up again.. we will see I guess..

I skipped legs today and went for chest, my legs were hurintg me alot last night and I could not sleep, damn this cold weather and rain... oh how I yearn for the 100+ days again, Buuut I had an incredible chest day, and got back into playing with 45's on free benching again, felt really good and didnt feel any pain, this slow and low thing is paying off, plus I found this ppec fly machine that almost looks like your doing a most muscular when your using it, and I think I have gotten some results off of it. Chest Press: 105-12, 115-10, 135-8 Pec Fly: 95-12, 105-10, 115-8 Standing shoulder press (Freeweight): 95-12, 105-10, 115-8 Seated Dips: 245-12, 250-10, 260-8 Tricep machine: 100-12, 105-10, 110-8

ORIGINAL: Coop I skipped legs today and went for chest, my legs were hurintg me alot last night and I could not sleep, damn this cold weather and rain... oh how I yearn for the 100+ days again, Tell me about it! freaking 20 degrees here today! I can't wait until I throw down my next Nitrix cycle in the middle of that glorious summer heat, with the sun glinting off my carved features, accentuating my freakish vascularity Heat and humidity are sooooo much better for my complexion than this f*cking MEAT LOCKER I'm living in right now I fully expect a crazy-ripped Coop to be blowing minds in the Arid Zone with his badass cuts come June/July Buuut I had an incredible chest day, and got back into playing with 45's on free benching again, felt really good and didnt feel any pain, this slow and low thing is paying off, plus I found this ppec fly machine that almost looks like your doing a most muscular when your using it, and I think I have gotten some results off of it. Hey now! Watch it! You don't want to get that sick, pumped up upper-pec thickness and front delt beefcake action now, do you? What's that? You do? Oh. Well, in that case, THROW DOWN, Beeeatch!!!

Oh im gunna do it you can count on it, But I wanted to post this tonight, not much of a training thing, but it really is. My best buddy was having a party tonight, this happens to be the best buddy that I never go out with without getting smashed.... welp went to the party, snacks and food galore... had all kinds of tasty fattening foods and enough alcohol to get a aircraft carriers crew drunk... I Ate from the veggie platter all night, and had 1 drink, this is quite the accomplishment for me as usually this would have spelled certian set back for me.. lol yay for me

HA HA HA HA!!! Awesome, Bro! Just keep it to yourself, tho. I don't want everyone knowing that vegetables are actually more potent than anabolic steroids Then EVERYONE will become a vegetarian, and there won't be anything special about it

Thanks for the post . Also, I have not fallen off the wagon, I havnt had time to post, and have been fighting off a cold all week, so sleep was really needed... Today worked back and shoulders, all +5 from last week, so not too shabby... Weight is down to 212, so I am coming in fast on the 200 mark... looking forward to it.

Legs night last night and didnt feel very proiductive... I had cardio/death by yard work yesterday morning so I was allready beat, but I still went.... I only did 3 lifts to work each major group. Not to mention some jackA@#'s were taking like 3 machines at one time trying to superset all night..... That is why I hate going late, as most people that go when no one else seems to be around feel the need to take up the entire gym.... Seriously, some dude took up a squat rack, Standing calve machine, and a cable machine.... which happend to be what I wanted to use... oh well... Hack Squats- 12, 10, 8 Leg Curls- 12, 10, 8 Standing Calve Raises- 12, 10, 8

ORIGINAL: Coop ...Weight is down to 212, so I am coming in fast on the 200 mark... Switch to tower frequency, deploy flaps to 20%, check airspeed and descend to Five-niner hundred. "Sky Harbor approach, this is Beefcake Two-One-Two inbound requesting runway clearance, over..." Come on, Coop. This is where the rubber meets the runway! You've got a tank full of vapors, and two dozen "passenger" fans who have appointments to keep -we can't circle the airport all day, and there's no room for touch & go here This is where everyone else catches that nasty wind shear and crashes and burns. Anyone can make it to the airport, but you still gotta land that sucker. Make us proud, Bro!
Yes, that's me in my avatar, and NO, I don't look like that today. That was taken back in Jan '07, and I lost most of that progress when I slacked off last year. I'm on my way back, tho, and I'm using that photo for inspiration.

Ill be there... Getting slow and pissing me off... but I'm getting bigger as we speak so its not a total loss lol.... Chest night was fantastic, still able to play with the 45's and was able to max out at 155 for 6 reps, which is huge for me, I actually burnt out from pec exhaustion instead of a stabbing pain that forced me to quit.
