Yeah i can see a major difference since your starting pics.

The extra BF% is more than likely water retention.

It's like you're a totally different person from the beginning!!!

22% BF -- yay!  Although I'm not sure that isn't a little high--is your skin loose from being previously stretched?

I'm starting to find that it is loose, I was at a 46 waist now Im down to 37 inches... a tight 36 lol.....

Ill have a challenge getting the sking to go back, which is why I started to try to bodybuild as I am hoping to take up alot of the space with muscle.... seriously my ab's are huge now, my wife says it feels like I got a turle shell in my tummy.... no joke mabe 1/4 in of flab at most on my abs... rest is lean... still getting used to stomache bloat after eating, I can see when I am full...

As for the legs thing, I will wait till next legs day and post when I am a bit pumped.... problem is my legs are farging huge, but they are still probably the most flabby as well, but the muscle in them is going to be really sick when I am done..
Eat...Lift....Sleep......Repeat

Enjoy the process.. but crave the goal.

Oh my Gooooooooddd!!  Coop is shriiiiiiiiinkiiiiiiinnnng!

Seriously dude.  Keep blastin' it.  This is where the rubber meets the road -every pound that melts away reveals more of the beastly Coop that you know has been hiding all along.  It's enough to stoke your metabolism and push your motivation into overdrive.  You've got at least three good solid months of winter to slog through and bury the old Coop once and for all.  (well, maybe three weeks.  You do live in the Arid Zone, let's not forget...)

If you haven't already, and you know you can handle it, you might consider slamming a good, strong, caffeinated beverage a few minutes before your workouts.  It will dial in your concentration and increase your workout intensity.  I've only done it once or twice, and I almost shattered one of the mirrors in my gym with my raw beastly energy

I'm seriously debating entering in the beat the house thing with DS, and trying their basic cuts,  as a good thermo.... or go melting point... or heck just stack thee things, If I can lose another 20 pounds and be between 200-205 I could potentially put a hurting on some people, I got some gulk bulk under there now and its coming out... sad 80+lbs like nothing, and now that I am within reach of a good solid weight, its like pulling teeth......

I have noticed a few things over the past week that is making loseing very hard for me...

#1 I havnt updated my intake needs, which I really need to do badly, so I am probably getting way too many calories (nothing bad, but too many anywho...)

#2 I stopped my ADHD meds and am starving all the time, nothing is ever enough..... I could feasibly eat all day and not be full.... I am seeing the doc today to hopefully start something new..

#3 My eating times are still a bit screwed.... I can make meal 1-4 good, then after lunch I get screwed...

#4 My wife keeps buying peanuts trailmix and I keep munching on em, and im sure that is doing nothing good for loss.... must resist, the nuts.... lol

Yeah, mang!  Bust a move on the new caloric profile!  You're turning into a calorie furnace, you need to tailor your fuel requirements

You're right.  You do need to lay off the nuts.  give me your nuts, Coop.  I'll eat your nuts.

okie dokie, veggeep is losing it.  too many hits on his myspace page from the gay guys, I guess.  I'll have a talk with my "community"!

If your peanut trail mix doesn't have chocolate, I don't know how it can be awful for you--as long as you don't eat the whole bag at once.  those mixes are dense calorically, though, so measure out your treat :).

Ahhhh... Okay.  My I think my eyes have stopped stinging now

Seriously -just make sure it's not loaded with coconut, macadamia nuts, and dried dates.  That kind of happy-trail -er, uhh... I meant TRAIL mix is just garbage.

Try cajun spiced cashews, or better yet, switch to roasted soybeans and/or freeze dried wasabi peas

Ugh.. havnt really been posting as my uber home PC crashed.....

I'm starting to realize that the more uber it is, the more broke it can become.....

lately its been heating up, the fans have been full RPM and screaming, so I sprayed it out, and when plugging it back in I forgot to plug the monitor in the right card (running SLI W/ 2 7800's) so I shut it back down real quick...

well this is when the whole startup thing happend, and wouldnt start up in normal mode, tried safe it locked, tried last know, it locked, so I tried to use the XP CD for recovery, and damnit if I didnt have my raid floppy..... it was late so I just went to bed, got the floppy booted up windows startup to repair, it locked, went to install to try to do a dirty install, it locked, tried a whole new install it locked, so I ended up deleting my raid array re adding it, and formatting it..... then just shut it down cause I had to come to work... so im pissed....

Last night was back shoulder bicep I dont have my stats on weight but here is what I did

Shrugs 12-10-8
Bent Rows: 12-10-8
Lat Pulls: 12-10-8
preacher curls: 12-10-8
Lat Raises: 12-10-8
seated rows: 12-10-8

All weight went up 5-10 from last week, and form was dead on, much better than last week, so I think I'm getting back to where I was b4 this whole snafu...

RE: Coops road to beefcakeness - Friday, January 12, 2007 5:24 AM
OK, last night was legs night, had a good night, the gym was crowded so it took forever to get it done, and lost my pump time after time...

Legs,

Squats: 290-12, 380-10, 470-8, 540-6 **Note, Im gettting much deeper and much better form on the 540 set, which is my plan, no they are not perfect squats, yes they make me feel like crying and sucking on a bottle, so I am accomplishing what I want...

Leg Curls: 120-12, 130-10, 140-8

Standing Calves: 260-12, 280-10, 300-8

Abbductors: 135-12, 145-10, 155-8

Adductors: 135-12, 145-10, 155-8

Im thinking 1 more week of machine squats, then its back to the old barbell squats, and get a new max for them, knee's been nice to me, so now its time to kill it.

My weight is starting to drop again, thank god!!!

This morning was down to 218..... I have really cut my diet, just trying to get moving again, 19 more pounds and I will see whats its like to have a 1 in front of the weight for the first time since the Marines..
