I was watching lifting vids and saw a few guys that wore Converse when lifting.  Are these a good substitute for weight lifting shoes?

The flatness of these shoes has made a big difference, with sneaks it felt like I was leaning forward all the time because the heel is thicker on sneaks.

Woo-hoo!  My Chuck's came today.  I immediately tried them on, and.... and my mullet started growing back, I got 3 new zits, and I think I heard Poison playing off in the distance.....

i wear all black chucks,  and got em for about 30 bucks.    they have chuck taylor converse shoes at target now for 25 dollars i think.   everyone should get a pair. 

love the shoes, and the feeling of my foot on the floor pretty much.  there's just a piece of cardboard in the bottom of the shoe ROFL.
