Flat Bench 10xbar 5x95 5x115 5x120 5x125 <--Yah first time I got 125 5 times during a workout! (Not first time getting 125 5 times but first time doing it after 2 fairly heavy sets) Close Grip Bench 65x8 75x8 80x8 <--First time getting 8 reps got 7 last two workouts, was acually easy gonna raise next workout. Skipped Incline felt tired and worn out. Gonna keep it at 115-120-125 on bench for a few workouts, unless anyone thinks it would be better to do 120-125 then see how many reps I can do of 130? Gonna raise close grip 5 lb. Tomorrow I retry 165 lb. on squat and my highest set.

dont you love being able to add on more weight?! i say push yourself and add on the extra 5 pounds to 130 on your bench. i bet you can do it. dont be afraid to use those 2.5 pound plates! i swear sometimes its all in our heads...whats another 5 pounds??? you got it easy man! i did my front squats today and i am really liking those better than back squats now, crazy huh LOL. i still got the straps ditched and was able to increase 20 pounds. i started out first set with 225 and kind of stood up too fast on first rep and was like WTF?! my grip strenth increased quite a bit lol. gotta get back up to 295 though, no straps >.<

Yah sometimes 5 lb. seems like alot though haha, but I guess i'll do 130 as my highest set and keep doing that for a few workouts until I get it and so on, I've always thought I would like front squats more but then I did them and hated them but alot of people like em, I need to work on grip strength myself that's what's holding my deads back another 25-30 lbs atleast.

Bent Over Rows (get back a bit stretched/warmedup) 10xbar Deadlifts 5x135 5x195 5x220 <---New PR Concentration Curls 8x20 8x20 8x20 Wide Grip Pullups 5x BW 5x BW Good workout might re-add those Rows into workout, my back feels worked good but I feel like I could get a better workout with Rows to so might try that next time, probably gonna stay at 220 workout then 225 (2 plates!)

Thanks man, yah I've heard from a friend that goes to gold's alot that he's seen some crazy stuff I wanna say he saw a 6 or 7 plate squat not to sure though. Anyways I've been grounded from computer so couldn't really get on till now been doing workouts as normal though here's mine from yesterday: Deadlift 5x135 5x205 5x215 (didn't wanna try for two plates because I was feeling kinda tired would rather get 5 reps with a bit less weight, also used gloves on these but I think I could do it without gloves my grip is getting stronger) Wide Grip Pullups 5xBW 5XBW 5XBW Dumbbell Curls 8x20 8x20 8x20 Really stinks that I don't have more than 2 45's so I can't acually do 2 plates..Only have 300 lb. of weights including the bar at my house so hopefully it will hold me over till spring or summer workouts at school but even better if it doesn't hold me over (:

Yesterday: Flat Bench 10xbar 5x95 5x120 5x125 4x130 <---Might've been able to get 5 but no spotter.. Incline Bench 6x95 6x95 6x95 Close grip Bench 8x80 8x85 8x90 Close grip bench has gone up alot lately but I just started doing em but i like them. Gonna do 120-125-130 next workout and if I can get that go up to 125-130-135 on flat, yay doing 135 as my last set was my goal by christmas should be able to get there (: it's gonna be close though. Leg day today (and shoulders) made squat form a bit better so it dropped about 10 lb. going 135-145-155 for squats. Also calf raises and leg curls. Gonna workout with 60 on OH press to make sure form stays good. Just doin a layout of todays workout since I won't be able to get on today..

Still haven't done workout for today yet but here is the plan for the next few months, continue what i'm doing through late janruary maybe till feb first no later, do another round of 5x5 maybe texas method depends on if I think i'm ready for it yet or not. But starting feb i'm going to be doing alot of running of various distances 100-800m mostly. Still trying to gain muscle mass although I may do a short cutting phaze so I won't completely suck for track, but then i'm back to getting bigger till april or may but then I need to cut for shirt taking off season (: Of course this will change some but the plans for the future i've made before have normaly looked alot like I thought so we'll have to see, off to do legs may or may not post about it tonight.

Nice, thanks man. Ok since i've posted last: deadlift 135x5 205x5 215x5 all without gloves and stuff (: Concentration DB Curls 20x8 20x8 20x8 Wide Grip Pullups 5x BW 5x BW 5x BW and yesterday: Flat Bench 10xbar 5x95 5x120 4x125 (lol got unfocused) 3x135 1x150 Just did a kinda weight workout with some heavier weight.. Close Grip Bench 80x8 85x8 90x8 Situps 15x don't remember weight 15x don't remember weight Feeling pretty good I guess even though my max hasn't gone up at all that 150 was hard as mess and max was 155 a month ago, but on some good lean muscle though and most other lifts have gone up alot. Legs today.

yes, i went up 10 pounds from last week on standing oh press. no, i dont have experience doing push press. its something that can help though i'm sure. especially when you want to start doing a clean and press. i do the cleans right now. what i should do is start doing the push press cause i already do cleans and front squats. i personally dont think my core is strong enough yet for push press though >.< dont want to go injuring myself. good luck on maxing man!

Thanks gonna do some heavy squats deads and bench later tonight probably 185x2 squats 245x2-3 deadlift and 145x2-3 on bench after warming up and 1 fairly heavy set of 5 reps for each. What all do you do for your shoulders? Seems like your making good progress but i'm not.

They are perfect for me whereas my left shoulder is slightly weaker than the right because of injuring it couple years ago. I'll throw in several rotator cuff exercises every now and again.

I've heard about alot of people having messed up there rotator cuff's lately, weird not gonna lie I don't exactly know where that is. Isn't it in your wrists? Ok this was yesterday: Squats 10xbar 5x95 5x135 2x175 <--Kept deep the ones 2 days ago with 185 were barely below parallel Bench 10xbar 5x95 5x125 2x150 probably gonna try to do same thing with 155 don't know if I can get 2.. Deadlift 5x135 3x185 3x215 Missed 245 I warmed up bad i'm not used to warming up for 245 I know I can get it. Goals for december 31st (b-day) Bench:160-165 Squats:200-205 this might be hard though haven't really gone above 185 Deadlift:255-265

I hurt my tricept/shoulder playin basketball, it had rained some and there was a spot of wet pinestraw and I went for a steal and slipped like crazy tried to catch myself and overstretched the crap out of my tri..don't know what happened to shoulder but it hurts to. It hurts queit a bit but doesn't seem long term. Likely gonna take rest of year off but still going to max on b-day i'm gonna take it slow for a few days and see how it feels though.

rotator cuff is four muscles/tendons in your shoulder. i tore mine to sh!t snowboarding and had surgery about two years ago. VERY painful injury and VERY painful after surgery. was funny, it took about 4 months after surgery to even get my arm up parallel to the ground then forever just to get it up above my head. my acrominoclavicular joint is still torn. got a nob on my shoulder above the colar bone area. thats something that cant be fixed doctors said.
