You should've seen our summer practices, 2-3 hours of straight conditioning, it was crazy, but I am in great shape right now because of it. Haha well for both reasons I guess, I have known him since kindergarden, so I just want to sack him. Although I won't be pass rushing as much in the middle, so we'll see.

Thanks guys, bus leaves at 3 and I probably won't get back till 11-11:30, this is gonna be a long day, but it will be fun. I will for sure be squatting friday or Saturday, I feel like its been a while since I have squatted heavy.

Thanks guys. Um the school we went against yesterday has a pretty good varsity program (like 3 kids with scholarships to ACC schools). But there JV wasn't that good..I got a pick and 9 or 10 tackles, I played middle linebacker the first half then switched to outside, my regular position, the second half. I wasn't able to sack my friend, but I hit him right after he threw the ball, and it was actually a really hard hit, because he was just standing in the pocket facing the other way. We won 28-7, other than a breakdown in our coverage that led to a TD we didn't let anything happen on defense. Our offense did pretty well, but honestly I think they could've done better, we are missing our amazing freshman QB since he is playing varsity.

Thanks man, yea it was an interception. I mean it wasn't like a late hit as in the play was over, it was legal, I just hit him like right as he got the ball off. It was a pretty good first highschool game i'd say, I still have alot of work to do though.

Its a spread offense, we have a major D1 recruit wide receiver, and 2 others that are beast receivers, one is getting talked to by D1 colleges, but is only a junior, the other isn't really interested in playing college ball, but has gotten some D2 offers he said. So we are passing about 75% of the time, but we got a small back that can pickup some good yards. Our JV is pretty much the same, although we have a much better runningback for JV, so we our basicly doing the same thing but about 50/50 with pass and run. But I don't know to much about the offense since I am on the other side.

Bench barx10 95x5 135x5 160x4 PR, tied PR from a while back Weighed 149 yesterday morning, wow that game was intense, back up to 152. Still is crazy that I was consistantly 154-155 in june, and got upto 157 briefly, I will be doing another big bulk this winter. Need to do some powercleans sometime over the next couple days, hoping to get another day of squats and bench in before our next game.

Bench barx8 95x5 135x4 165x2 Nothing much to say about that not very happy about it, but wasn't horrible. Playing a top 10 team in the state this week, don't know to much about there JV, but they always have good teams, might not end so well for us haha. But we got some big play makers to so we'll see. They got one of the top linebackers in the country, and the top QB in the state (pretty high up for the country to) on varsity.

Haha, doesn't really affect me much being on defense, were used to be more of a run based team, but we have arguable the best WR in the state, and D1 junior WR, plus another 1 or 2 WR's with college poteintial..the problem is we don't have a QB that can consistantly get them the ball..anyways we lost 6-22, but the other team is one of the top in the state, and there JV team consists of sophmores and juniors whereas ours is freshman and sophmore. Moved 2 varsity players down to JV, i'm still starting at the moment, but we'll have to see.

Oh, forgot to say, been busy with school and football, can't really get on here much at the moment, still 8 more games of football so that will free up some time in a couple months, probably gonna do track, not sure though. Trying to focus on school more than I have the past couple years.

Got a concussion last thursday (like 10 days ago) didn't play in the last game, should get cleared by the doctor the day before the next game, but my trainer wants me to go through a 4 day non-contact thing before playing full contact again, luckily after this game we have a bye week, so I will be back and ready to play before the next game though..I squatted like last sunday, but couldn't get on here to record it (supposed to let brain rest, not supposed to really watch TV/get on computer much) but it was an ok workout, don't remember exact weights, benched today, looking to powerclean soon since it has been forever since I have been able to get a good cleaning workout in. Bench barx10 95x6 135x5 175xmiss <--Not feeling 100% tbh, but thought I could get this atleast 1 time, and was shooting for 2.. 155x3<--10 lb. below 3rm, but I guess it was ok to not be feeling amazing..trying to take a little time off from lifting as much since it taxes the CNS..concussions suck, my first one (this was my 2nd) only took like 3 days for me to feel fine, its been over a week now..I can tell i'm feeling better though.

Thanks, he said he was borderline about letting me go to school, which I mean not going to school would be kinda fun, but I can't watch TV or do anything, plus I would have to make up the work anyways, so I figured if I am gonna be bored I might as well be at school so I can do my work, and talk with friends.

Bench barx10 95x6 135x4 155x1 175x1<--Missed 2nd rep 185x1<--Was a good rep, very hard lockout, which is weird since normaly I have trouble with the bottom of the lift, not the top, I need to start doing some more tricep work.. Ok workout, really need to get a good squat and powercleaning workout in, in 6 weeks I will start weight training at school, so I will actually have spotters, yay.

Thanks, although I haven't gotten stronger on any lifts, except cleans since I started doing them more since June, so its kinda frustrating..but I have leaned out down to 10-11% and even though my lifts have stayed the same, I feel more explosive. And i've gotten my 40 time down alot. Once I start lifting at my school in 6 weeks or so, I should be able to focus on gaining strength, since football will be coming to a close, and they have legit programs there, so it should be a good off season. front squats barx5 Squats barx10 155x3 135x20<--First experience with 20 rep squats, it was easier than I thought, might try them again some other time with a higher weight. Even though it was easy, since its something different my quads (and knees) are hurting some, hoping to do cleans later this afternoon, and maybe calf raises. Also maybe sprinting..wow I have alot of stuff to do, I probably won't do any sprinting.

I got cleared to play last Tuesday, but still have to do 4 non-contact practices before I can come back full contact, but we have a bye this week, so I will be back well before our next game. Cleans barx5 95x3 115x2 140x2<--Didn't drop down atg like I normaly do, just threw it up and only dropped a couple inches to catch it..so I mean its legit, but I always like the drop all the way down, but those squats were killer today even though they were light. Just wasn't feeling it after squatting earlier today, 2-3 times I attempted 145x3, I had the weight, I just really wasn't focused, and didn't want to drop under it..i'll do it again later when my legs aren't really sore.

Been real busy with school/football, 6 more weeks of football, then I can focus on training for next year..i'm kinda tired of football, like i'm doing really well, I just can't consistantly come wanting to play and get better everyday like I did previous years..but I feel like alot of people are counting on me, idk. Been lifting, but don't really remember exactly what its been.

Wow, i'm feeling so weak, missed 175 on bench haha...um sliming down though, under 15% bf now, probably getting down to about 12 before bulking in 5-7 weeks, football ends in 5 weeks for JV, so I might just do nothing for a week, but then i'm going on a big bulk, I better be repping 225 on bench after it, and squatting 3 plates without a problem.

Been so busy with football and school...still lifting not really any weaker/stronger, next friday i'll start weight training, not next thursday but the next is my last football game..also been busy with one of the chillest girls i've ever met..not much new lifting wise, once football is over in a couple weeks I will probably start up my log more again, and in a couple weeks I am going to start a bulk.
