I'm currently using Instant Whey before and after workouts, and also loading up on Creapure creatine monohydrate for the 2nd time.

Both products are Reflex products.

When i first took the creatine i experianced stomach pains and then stopped. But since i payed the money i decided to give it another go, making sure i got plenty of water.
This time it was better, cant remember any pains and i did feel an increase of pump during workouts.

My inconcistancy with training made me stop using creatine, as i thought it would just be bad for me.

So now im startin to hit training hard again, and now using creatine (same brand). I'm gettin the stomach pains again. But i believe its due to the lack of food to be honest. My stomach seems empty alot due to a bad sleeping pattern i have put myself in (due to university and the partying!).

So question number one is, after looking through alot of topics and being generally confused... is monohydrate not good for me? and should i try looking and other creatine alternatives? It seems to give me more drive in workouts also, and in martial arts.

Second question. Is instant whey just pretty much the same regardless of brand? I cant think of any way to distinguish between them because you wouldnt really see any sudden gains from a protein sup would you?
I think i need to incorporate some casein also, before bed mainly so i just dont eat myself while i sleep...saying this its not like im cut up, i think all the drinking etc makes it hard to lose the body fat!

cheers in advance!

1. Creatine Mono isn't bad for you, some people just cant tolerate it. If your eating pattern isn't good i suggest you start working on that first.

2. Whey is whey. Drinkin is only going to hurt your gains since it limits your body's ability to abosorb nutrients from what you eat. Use whatever whey you want..as long as its legit.

Thanks for the reply

with the Reflex Creapure it says theres a loading phase of 4 times a day for 5 days

i havent heard anyone else speak of a loading phase when using creatine, is this just a way for them to make a bit more money?
