Condroitin and Nitric Oxide? - Sunday, November 16, 2008 7:57 PM
Condroitin supposedly helps to restore cartilage and "reducing the concentrations of... nitric oxide" (http://www.orthosupersite.com/view.asp?rID=16710). It is my understanding that many bodybuilding supplements promote nitric oxide. Can someone explain to me the relation: is nitric oxide destructive on cartilage or is the swelling it causes? Will taking condroitin inhibit supplements such as Nitrix, No.. etc... ?

And if anyone has any suggestions for cartilage it would be great.
