i was wondering one thing about when i go to compete. its understood that you lift more and can rep more when your body is blood-engorged. is there any way to do this without hurting my max or wearing out my muscles? is there any supplement i can take to help me out maybe? any thoughts are appreciated.

EDIT: (im talking about what i can do before i go max out in competitions to help get my body pumped.)

I'm not sure what you mean.

Are you talking about warming up before you lift?

They have a warm-up room where all the lifters warm-up. They have a designated time to strart the competition, so all the lifters go back the the warm-up room with enough time to properly warm-up.

Their could be a few flights, so the order might look something like this:

Squat warm-up. First flight warms up first, send flight warms up second etc.

Squat:Flight 1--- Womens 95-SHW weight classes
Flight 2--- Mens 114-198lbs weight classes
Flight 3--- Mens 220-SHW weight classes

Bench warm-ups. First flight warms up first, send flight warms up second etc.

Bench:Flight 1--- Womens 95-SHW weight classes
Flight 2--- Mens 114-198lbs weight classes
Flight 3--- Mens 220-SHW weight classes

Deadlift warm-ups. First flight warms up first, send flight warms up second etc.

Deadlift:Flight 1--- Womens 95-SHW weight classes
Flight 2--- Mens 114-198lbs weight classes
Flight 3--- Mens 220-SHW weight classes

Hope this helps.
