Wasn't really sure were to post this one, but a cool thing happened to me at the gym today. I found out that I have some experienced competetors at my gym. A guy who I always talk to has actually done two competitions, we ended up talking about the whole thing in the parking lot after our workout. He was asking me what I thought about my symetry and I told him that I frequent this site and that I have posted pics in the past. I told him I was going to get him a link to a post tommorow so he can check them out to see if he could give me some pointers on if I should pursue a competition. Because my other pics are buried away in the Critique My Physique section area, I thought I would repost some pics in this area, because a guest can view them. Hopefully we get a new member as well after I give him the link. So, heres some pics that were taken of me today. I've always had this itch in me to see what's up with the whole competition deal. My excuse has always been that I don't know anyone who has ever done one, well... now I know a couple of people in my gym who are excessible to ask questions. I would appreciate any members on the sites opininions as well. Attempted Back Double Bicep

And this one I am falling backwards... Again, sorry to management for not posting pics in the correct area. This was a quick conversation we had about this and I was just hoping to direct him to somewhere were he could check the pics out. The alternative would be me coming to the gym with the pics and being all embarased...and I didn't get his e-mail or anything to mail them directly to him. Like I said, hopefully we get a new member as well. Members thoughts would be appreciated. What's up Old Navy, could we be standiong next to each other some day if I shed some BF... lol. I am currently around 220 at 6'. Thanks. Sean Attempted Side Chest

Sean: Great shots. Huge mass. Lots of great stuff to work with. You would look awesome on the stage. With strong workouts, sound diet, the right supplements, posing practice and tanning, you could be ready in under six months. Go for it, dude! Hey Old Navy, where are you man? Wondering how you did over the weekend, I believe you said you had another one coming up... your probobly laying low for awhile and chilling out, don't blame you. Thanks for the response, Chris took a look at my pics and gave me some comments he had writen down. He suggested that I could use more Upper Pecs and Shoulders in general... along with some other stuff. I feel I need a lot of work in general all over, but it was cool to get the suggestions. Hey I'm ready to sign on the dotted line for a competition! Somebody give me the paperwork so I don't think to much about it already... lol. Just kidding, I have to really look into ones within the next 8-10 months or so. I am going to see if I can get together with him outside the gym and talk about this, because it's hard to talk in between our workouts. So, if your reading Chris... join the forum, there are a lot of cool people on here and I think you can actually offer a lot of good advice to people. It would definetely be cool to have more people with competitive bodybuilding experience to help others out. Ok, so I already have a plan of attack to widen those delts, thicken up that uppers chest, bring up those biceps and calves, get meatier hams and get a thicker Back.
