Post all information about yourself pics, measurements, wieght, hieght and lifts. You do not need all information depending on what your going for.

There is no set time of start or ending date yet. We will have one when we enough people entering the competition.

Everyone has a equal chance of winning this competition. Only thing that will change this is your effort.

Great idea Andy. I agree with Old Nav's quote above. The "Overall Improvement" deal would be great! The 14 weeks and the three person judging panel sounds good as well. If MDA could structure this it could turn out to be a really cool thing. Possibly, similar to the way it was a couple of days ago at the top of the forum homepage regarding voting for Old Nav's posing trunks. You could post a general announcement to anyone who is interested and have the set dates when it is to begin and end... also, a final date and time to get all the entries in? Maybe give everyone another week or so to get their pics together and goals?

It would give us all a little more motivation in out training, and an excuse to shed some BF to see what's up. I think that it would be hard to gauge a strength contest, most guys add about 30lbs to their max bench anyway...lol. An overall Improvement sounds like it could work for everyone. Maybe require a brief description of goals to achieve for that set date or something? Again, great idea!!

I was thinking the same about strength being in it. Because people could lie about it easly. Im going for strength and size so im all in it. Im going to get a pic of me doing my max tommarow. You will no im not lieing because I make a funny face and turn all red and all lol. Im not sure but I think my camra will take clips which would make it even better proof.

Yeah the strength pics are a bit of a problem. I'd feel kinda weird to have someone come and take pics of me maxing in front of the whole crowded gym.

By the way, when is the competition beginning? Cuz i havta get a hold of a digital camera.. all i have now is a crappy webcam and u can see how useless these pics are.

max bench 225 for 8 reps
max squat 375 for 10 reps
max curl (standing barbell) 120

MY GOALS ARE
weight 195
bench 275
squat around 425-450
curl 135lbs

I'll do it. But I can't really post what I can lift because I don't know. I have to use a weird machine for alot of the stuff I do - and I only use DB's.

I can sure post measurements, weight, and pictures thought!

Hmm...I'll try this out, too. I'm going for strength, so size or looks don't matter for me. Here are my most recent 1 rep maxes as of 1/22/05. I don't use any equipment at all.

Age: 16
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 160

Bench: 175
Military Press: 125
Bent Over Row: 195
Pullup: w/ 55lbs
Squat: 295
Deadlift: 345

Big 3 Total: 815

Is this all I have to post, andy?

Alright...gained 4 lbs since this contest started, I eat so much I can see a little belly now !
Diet is about 3500 cals a day (250-275g pro, 100-110g fat, 350-375g carbs)
I am using these supps
- ZMA
- fish oil (omega-3)
- omegas 6-9
- multi vitamins
- weight gainer prot (cheap but damn effective)

will post pics as promessed in May-June

8 curls (sitting 1h dumbell) 40's

MY GOALS ARE (end of calendar year)
weight 180
bench 200-210
squat ? (dont care)
curl 1h db: 50-55's (8x)lbs
deadlift 130 8 times

im not bothered about my waist size, they may seem like big goals, but there isnt a time limit as yet, and i know i can hit em soon inuff, i mean, im not bothered if i only hit one, that wud be amazing.

my goals for about a year from now:
weight - 200ish
bench 250
squat around 270
curl 140

Can't get pics unless my webcam starts working...I'll see what I can do. But if I can't, I'll just follow along unofficially with you guys.

This bulk session is done for me...stuck at 190...I'll take pics soon and I am taking 2 weeks off. I will cut a little right after.
Hope to loose around 10 lbs...
then bulking again !
