Coming off creatine
-
Friday, November 07, 2008 5:54 AM
Hello, I was on creatine monohydrate for a few months for started to feel I was retaining a fair bit of water so switched to the more absorbing form of ethyl esther but I've started on animal cuts so am looking to cut down the water retention therefore I'm coming off it altogether for a while but am concerned there will be a strength decrease. Merci.
