Can anyone offer any help? 3 Months ago I broke my Arm (humours)
Before the break I was in the best shape of my life. I had been hitting the gym for 5 years but over the last 12 months I had really watched my diet and was attending 5 times a week. I have lost a lot of my shape in 3 months and I want something to help me kick start my shape again fast.
I have never gone to the under worls of Juice so I am looking to to it legally. Can any one suggest what i can do.

Lynx doesnt have to fill him in becaues Dae_Light did it already.

DaviesM2, listen mate, 3 months isnt very long ago. Professional atheletes can take upto a year before they can confidently hit the weights again with the same intensity as before the injury. Obviously this depends on the seriousness of the injury.

And i keep saying this to everyone with an injury... Patience.

Patience is the key with an injury. Patience will help you more than any drug, quick fix or other miracle cures out there. Hit the weights again too quick and theres a good chance that you will re-injure yourself.
