College Diet---Need Help

Alright everyone, This is my first semester in college and I have gained 6 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks. I was wondering if someone could help me design an easy diet that can be fufilled by the Dinning hall on campus. I do not know much about nutrition and what I have been doing is just eating ALOT. I would like to drop some Body Fat while increasing muscle. Does anyone know a simple college dinning hall diet that would be easy for me to follow? ***I do not eat eggs

Just make sure you drop the processed foods. Without knowing what your school actual serves, I cannot recommend anything specific. Why no eggs??

I would love to be able to eat them the texture and stuff just makes me gag and the dinning hall serves usually pasta, pizza, burgers, salad bar, cereals, and rotation of chicken,beef ect. Nothing real special with my cafeteria its just the foods are horrible

Make sure you get your veggies and fruits, then the other foods will be fine. Priority should be getting lean meats after the fruits and veggies. You can slip the other things in after that.

im sure you have a sandwich line. just ask for wheat bread and lots of turkey breast and the veggies like lettuce and tomatoes. if you want a condiment, go with dijon mustard. Once i sit down, I take the top peice of bread off and only eat one piece. Also, hit up the salad bar with all the veggies and vinegarr and oil for dressing. also whatever meat they have, get that and clear off the extra fatty bullsh!t they put on it. you should be fine.

I know you know this, but cut down on alcohol and when you drink try to eat before you drink so you wouldn't be tempted with tacobell and jack in the box after a night out.

i have completely eliminated alcohol i dont see the point and it ****s up my workouts
