I'm just wondering when I'm at home, it's currently winter in australia, my paren't are always turning the heater on constantly. i don't feel that the temperature is that cold, yet they always have it on, and the house is like hot as. Is there a reason why they feel cold constantly or is just that I have adapted to the cold. Mind you, they work in a shopping centre, where the temperature is controlled so it's never too cold/hot in there. I only turn the heater on when it is really cold.

If you're younger and/or you've been exercising a lot, your metabolism is going to be much higher and you'll feel warmer. Plus, if you're always moving around, you'll feel warmer, too. Classic. My partner (who doesn't exercise nearly as much) and I have this discussion all the time. I"m always warm, and he's always cold.
