Clumpy Cellmass: Is it okay to drink? - Wednesday, November 05, 2008 1:48 PM
I just got a thing of CellMass and it is all clumpy (kind of like my old bottle i left in my trunk when it was very hot), anyways is this okay to use or will it have diminished effects or is it ruined. I do not want the hassle of having to send it back. Also this is the new AVPTw.e. formula so i dont know if this is normal...

Take a butter knife and break it up. It dissolves in water, so no biggy.

I think most of these blends are hygroscopic, so they tend to pick up moisture from the air and clump up as a result. Doesn't really diminish the ingredients significantly so it's fine to keep using it. I've had the same issues with a lot of different creatine blends.
