All of a sudden I started clenching my teeth really hard when i was doing bench press. I didnt think much of it but my jaw started hurting and I got a headache. Does anyone else experience this and if so how can you top it.

sounds like you're not breathing.  focus on breathing out through a little hole like it's a straw as you push the weight up.  i bet you won't be clenching the teeth then.

you should be doing this anyways.. gotta breath mane

I know how you feel. And everything in your mouth aches about half an hour after your don with your lift. I started chewing gum while i lift, it works great! Give it a shot...

Hah I just did this same thing yesterday while doing pullups. After my set I was like, why does my jaw hurt? Oh ya I was clenching it. Why was I clenching it? Oh ya, b/c I wasn't breathing. :) Glad you solved your problem about as quickly as I solved mine.
