In December I broke my leg and ankle, I got out of my cast about a six weeks ago and have been doing physical therapy since. I can now walk fine, but sorta struggle to run or jog, so I still have some work to do on my leg, but I want to try and get back in shape, since the last 4 months I just sat at home and did nothing but smoke pot and play video games to keep myself sane, and I gained alot of weight.
I have been on a stricter diet for the last few weeks, I gave up drinking and smoking cigarettes, and I gave up all junk food and soda, I have been on an iced tea and water fix since. I have a relatively (90%) clean diet that I can stick too. I have no problem getting 1.5x my weight in protein daily.
I devoloped alot of fat around the mid-section and I want to loose that, and I want to clean bulk and add some size to my arms/back/chest and transform my body, but I am not 100% positive what I should do for my goals, so I am looking for some advice from the BB community.
Should I try and loose some weight first before trying to clean bulk, or would it be more benefical to clean bulk first then go on a cutting phase?
I attached a picture, I hope that helps, thanks!
