First off, nice avatar. Now I only find it fair to say that I don't care for women who are bulky and muscly. So to say you're attractive is to say that you're in great physical condition without going over the top. Shoulders look good(in regards to the cut line), and the definition in your arms and stomach match your body. You also still look good in regular clothes. Not sure if that was much of a critique, but you'll know how a peer would look at you. :)

You have reduced you pull up/ deadlift back now haven't you ; ) good to see your throwing up a pic, even though it is just too shame the rest of us girls.... hahaha Yea I haven't done deads since I stopped at 205 and I only do pullups in sets of 3-5. It was fun to be a little broader for a while but I was having trouble fitting into my shirts!

Not going to lie... you kind turn me on a little bit in those pictures.. ;) I love circuit training and obviously it's working for me like it is for you lol.. I am in week 4 though.. Ever tried this? Clean and press into 10 shoulder press into 10 barbells rows. Then down.. Then do it over again for 3 sets. Also what kind of cardio do you do? I am swearing by the stair master right now.. I swear to you it sucks the weight right off!! yeahhh buddy!! :)

I only do one type of cardio right now ;) haha no seriously I don't do cardio, just the circuits.

Looking good! Definitely better with less width to the traps and more cut too! Don't cut too much tho? I think perfect were you are. inda strange to see a half naked lady as opposed to the usual guys on here!

gorgeous. you do not look to bulky in the clothes pic. can't really see the traps to much by the pose though.
No the leg press is not the same as doing squats.
