I am 16 years old, and i want to bulk. Here are my "stats" Height: 1,77 (around 5" 10 i think) Weight: 86 kg (189 pounds) Body fat %: No idea Max bench: 165 pounds** (I have not tried maxing on deadlifts and squats due to a pretty bad back injury, but i do like 20 reps with 100kg squats when working out) I train from 3-4 times a week, starting off with 10min running at around 10km/h, and then a specially made situp/lower back exercise. And depending on the day, I do "Chest, tricep" "Legs" etc. (I have someone at the gym take care of it, i just follow him from day to day) The workout usually last from 1 hour 20 to 2 hours. At quite a high intensity. I have been working out for about 3 months and i gained 6-8kg's during those three months. And i also went down two jeans sizes. I have been using some swedish protein after my workouts as the only supplement til now. I just now (two days ago) started using HorsePower Creatine right before workouts. I can see the difference, with a V-shape taking place, and my shoulders and chest gaining size. And my Bicep is about 16" and my forearm is 14". But, my biggest problem is my nutrition. I eat when i am hungry, and thats it. My motabolism has gotten pretty slow after two years on the couch (due to the back problem). Some really bad days, i can eat as little as twice a day. And the "better" days, when i actually concentrate, i eat 4-5 times a day. Everyone in my family has an very fast motabolism, but healthy food is hard to find in our fridge. I don't have my own income yet, so i cant just go buy healthy food either. Pluss, buying a variaty of food for a big family like the one i live in, is damn expensive here in Norway. Here is roughly what i eat (on a "better" day) Breakfast: One bowl of whole wheat cereal with 1.5% fat milk. 2nd: 4 slices of "darker" bread with ham and cheese. And sometimes a fruit 3rd(1 hour 30 min until workout: 2 slices of bread with ham and cheese (this meal only happens sometimes) 4th: (right after workout) Protein shake with not too much calories (not a "gainer) And sometimes a Banana with it. 5th(dinner Whatever is served at home (fish, lasagna, anything you can imagine) Anyone have any advice for me? If you need more details about something please ask. Any more supplements i should try? Maybe some more protein shakes during the day? Any help appreciated! ** My benching is crap compared to my other exercises. I do the same amount on freeweights (in other exercises) as people who bench 250+ at the gym, and they all wonder why i don't bench at least 90kg.

Lean out first honestly man. bulk when you don't have the excess chub. Been there done that, not a good feeling knowing you are stuck with the over-weight. If you are calling yourself chubby and saying you don't have a good diet, that would be the first thing I would work on

Hypnotised to realise that this surprise will end in demise in front of your eyes. Shining with lies you sent your spies, spat your alibies and your words rotted, rotted and attracted flies. Your boy cries but you proceed to fratenise with those baby blue eyes, eyes like the sky you pleaded for ties. Your stomach cries, and you envisionise a plate full of fries. Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.
