Choice of exercises
-
Wednesday, November 05, 2008 3:33 PM
Hello all I have recently chosen to workout at home (wife's health is an issue). So I got myself a multi position bench a Body-Solid rack BB-2 DB's and ez-curl and 250lbs of weights. My question is what exercises do you suggest or is there a site that takes into consideration a home gym setup. I'm especially looking for Back routines, as far as Chest there are many options (incline, decline, flat bench BB and/or DB), Legs(squat front/back, lunges). Thank you in advance for any insight. Hemmi

lunges, bent over rows, clean and jerks, power cleans...
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

Throw some weights in a backpack while you do pullups. If your rack has bars for dips place a chair in front of the rack, put your feet in the chair, grab the bars and do like a lying pullup. Its like a reverse pushup, my personal favorite.
