Hi guys!! Last week ive done a really good chili con carne. Here are the basic ingredients: 1 lbs of ground turkey 1 block of tofu- chopped in tiny cubes onions chopped in dice garlic chili powder red beans green and red peppers 1 can of crushed tomatoes salt, pepper, a few drops of tabasco. pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix everything in a big pan. Add peppers and beans at the end to keep peppers crunchy, at your taste. Eat in a taco shell, or with a spoon or with nachos (moderately) Lean meal, a lot of protein. I didnt make the count but im sure its good. enjoy!
