This seems a little wierd, I know, but I was wondering if any females either competitors or just in general have used any kind of estrogen blockers while PMS ing to help decrease the effects it can have onyour body and work-outs?  Not anything that produces testosterone, but just blocks estrogen.  Like 6 OXO or something? I was just thinking about trying that?
