Butterfly a huge chicken breast. sautee i big bag of spinache with garlic. spdread the cooked spinach inthe center of the butterflyed chicken... season the inside o fthe breast. wrap in saran wrap and boil for 12 min!! taste awsome.

that sounds great. I want to try that today. What is butterfly? I could use google...but why?? Is it like making a pocket or something?

cut it side way but not all the way through. you can lay the cooked spinach down and the roll it up un the saran wrap. The hot spinach cooks the inside and the boiling water cooks the outside. The spinach, seasoning and natural chicken juice will all be cooked together inside the saran warp.

What kind of seasoning do you put on the chicken?

Sounds pretty good, I"m not sure I could wrap it good enough in the saran wrap but I might try doing the same thing with aluminum foil and baking it...

I wrapped it twice because I thought water would get inside. It was actually good! I cooked spinich w/onions garlic mrs dash. I also seasoned the chicken with Mrs Dash, a little bit of salt.
