cut it side way but not all the way through. you can lay the cooked spinach down and the roll it up un the saran wrap. The hot spinach cooks the inside and the boiling water cooks the outside. The spinach, seasoning and natural chicken juice will all be cooked together inside the saran warp.

What kind of seasoning do you put on the chicken?

Sounds pretty good, I"m not sure I could wrap it good enough in the saran wrap but I might try doing the same thing with aluminum foil and baking it...

I wrapped it twice because I thought water would get inside. It was actually good! I cooked spinich w/onions garlic mrs dash. I also seasoned the chicken with Mrs Dash, a little bit of salt.

You can also do this in a pan with a little olive oil to brown it and then add some chicken broth, like an inch and cook until its all the way done(make sure you rotate). its a good way to do chicken because it dosnt get so dried out, I add cheese to the center of mine too, if the diet permitsSmile. I will have to try it with the saran wrap!
