Chicken parm - Thursday, January 03, 2008 1:27 PM
ok this is pretty simple

-chicken breast
-fat free mozzerella cheese
-crushed tomato with basil (its basically like a sauce in a can)
-olive oil
-whole wheat pasta (optional)

put 1/2 cup of crushed tomato (sauce) in a bowl with about 2 tsp. of olive oil. mix it together and put how much chicken and pasta u want in it. microwave it for about 1 and mix all around.  put the cheese on it and microwave for another min.

thats it...u can add salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder for flaver

putting it in the oven would work fine, probably better but i use the microwave for pretty much everything since its easier and i like it just as much.

for low carb just dont use the whole wheat pasta

i just made it without pasta cause i couldnt have much carbs in the meal and it was really good, im sure with pasta would be even better

that does sound good. I want to make that minus the pasta too.

you can freeze just about anything. I already froze all my meals for the week. just get a bunch of ziplock bags or glad tupperware for storage.
