If your like me, which your probably not, but if your on a very limited budget, like me, then this is the coolest coolest meal ever.
What you need: one can canned chicken breast (or other cheaper fattier canned cuts of chicken) packed in water, they come in two sizes buy the larger one. I use the canned chicken over buying raw because all my cooking is done in a microwave

but hey I work with what I've got.
Next you need your favorite flavor of you guessed it, ramen noodle, mine right now is either orential or spicy chicken. I know its not the best in the world but it is cheap fast and easy.
Preparation: put your ramen in a bowl fill it with some water and cook away. I usually put it in the microwave for about 4 minutes as it gives me time to do the other things. Next drain the water from the chicken. Once the noodles are done, DRAIN THE WATER. IDk about you personally but I dont like "ramen soup" and I'm pretty sure it would be extra bad with the chicken. Add the drained chicken and the drained noodles together and microwave again just enough to warm the chicken. Then add the seasoning and mix well. Split into two servings and keep the rest for later.
Cost: I'm positive that the cost of canned chicken is under 2 dollars I'm not sure how much under it is. I think the cheapest chicken breast is somewhere around 1.50 and add a package of ramen and your staring at a $1.75 for 2 meals.
Stats:
Cals: 350
Fat: 10 g's
carbs: 29
Protein: 38 g's
** if you decide to eat the entire bowl double the stats but the reason I say to seperate it out is because of the large amount of protien. I would just add some raw veggies and call it a meal. Its pretty tasty but if you need more flavor, as I go back to my favorite sauce, add some hot sauce and your set.
So for ~ $1.75 you've go two meals, plenty of protien, and a healthier wallet.
