Different angled bench presses and dumbell benches help for a greater range of motion, also do weighted dips.

Variety man, variety! I start with flat barbell bench for 2 or 3 sets then I move to decline bench for 2-3 and then finish off with incline for 3. Then on another day of the week I do the same but with dumbells, the key thing with dumbells is to bring them as far down as you can.

Hey man, yea.. like No Quarter said... variety is nice. A kind of best of both worlds might be for you to have a A and B Chest routine that you alternate from, something like - Routine A Incline Barbell Bench Presses Flat DB Bench Presses Incline DB Flyes Routine B Flat Barbell Bench Presses Incline DB Bench Presses Flat DB Flyes You could one or another week to week or whatever. The incline work will help the upper, along with the flyes for the inner. Your not really neglecting anything with doing the A and B as well... and your getting nice variety.

you can also try flat bech press but bring it down to your neck and keep your elbows out. When you do this make sure to drop some weight and have complete control over the bar/weights, and always use a spotter. I've gotten very nice results on my chest, specially upper chest with this.

Also try to try to do incline and flat with slower reps. Dont run away from the burn, run to it!

i think alternating between barbell incline and dumbbell incline is good. Decline is real good too.
