Ive been working out for about well...almost 3 weeks...i do incline...decline...and incline...and some fly thing...forgot the name....my chest is actually harder than the mushy fat it used to be... im not a fat guy...but in 6 feet and 170 lbs...but for some reason...i still have fat on the lower part of my pecks....and that sort of makes my chest poke out like i have "man boobs"....I hate that...can someone suggest a way to looose it...it really bothers me....i know 3 weeks is nothing to expect results...but like...if you could just tell me something that might give me hope of loosing it or even tell me some exercises that would be great

specific exercises are not gonna help you lose boobies. You need to eat healthy, fix up your diet then you will see results all over your body. Do cardio and fix up the diet. of course you keep on workin out too.

rain drops i was about the same but i rep 120-125 im 6 150ish lbs
i used to weight 175 but have lost wieght..the manboobs arnt nearly as big as they used to be i just did cardio and watched my diet(wasnt hard for me i used to eat abunch of crap food like reamon noodles, and would eat when bored and eat till stuffed so i lost it               at a good pace.. ill tell you how it goes later

ps. i had most fat on my thighs anyway so i lost it mostly there
