Hi,

I am almost done with my first week of a 1-AD / 4-AD stack (both Ergopharm products). Anyway I have done a lot of research before going this route and have done quite a bit since but wanted to check with other users here that might have some experience with this.

On my Bicep / Chest day, during my Biceps workout I started to experience a slight pain in my left chest above the nipple. It did not bother me when working out but noticed it when walking stairs.

Since then I have also worked out Triceps / Back and Shoulders / Legs. This does not really bother me when working out but it is now more apparent then it had been. I also have since developed a surface level bruise in the area that originally was sore (the beginning of a black and blue).

I am fairly certain this is just a bruised / sore muscle and will be resting the next two days and see how it feels but I wanted to see if anyone here who ever did or know anyone that did a PH may have experienced something similar due to the PH.

I could not find any evidence of this and I don't see how it would cause a bruise - what sucks is that if it does not feel better in the next few days, aside from seeing a doctor to make sure it is nothing serious, it will kill my first PH cycle and a good week+ worth of Andro.

Any thoughts are welcome.

Anytime I see PH use, I have to ask... what's your diet look like? How about other supplements?

I'm not doing any other supplements other then whey protein and weight gainer.

My diet is similar to the following:

9AM - Wheat Toast & Protein Bar - Water - 300mg 1-AD

12PM - Turkey, Ham or Tuna sandwhich on Wheat - Water - 4AD

3PM - Protein Shake - 1-AD

6PM - Steak, Chicken, Beef - Potatoes, Broccoli and/or Brown Rice - Water - 4AD

9PM (Post workout) - Weight Gain Shake with Non-Fat Milk - 1AD

11:30 PM - Protein Shake & Orange

Things may vary a bit but that is close to my daily diet.

I seriously doubt it has anything to do with your use of PH's, its probably just a bruise that happened outta the blue. That **** happens to me all the time, my firends ask me what happened to me, im like wtf are you talking about, they point out a cut or bruise on my body somewhere and i'm just like, uhhhh, well i'll be damned...lol, seriously I doubt its anything you have to worrie about, your cycle getting f'ed up does kinda suck, but I mean continue to take the PH's, as long as they are in your blood, whenever you work out again, the substance will be there to do its job, good luck man.

Same here. Probably the bar bouncing off the chest...or maybe you scraped without knowing it. I've also had similar chest pains due to the rip-cage expanding and the cartilage stretching. Growth. Nothing serious. If you are worried, go to a DR and get a regular physical and explain the symptoms. Never hurts to be too safe. But I doubt (I'm not a DR) that the Prohormones have anything to do with what you just described.

To be honest I don't think it is caused by the PH either. Just the timing was coincidental. I do have a small bruise above my left nipple (it is my left side that is bothering me) that appeared a day or two after I first started feeling it so I also think it is probably a bruise and hopefully not a tear.

It's funny in that it first started when doing my bicep excercises. Of couse I then continued with my chest routine afterwords and did my tris, back, shoulders and legs later in the week as usual. It really doesn't bother me when working out but more of a constant *slight* pain in the left chest area.

Friday was cardio and today was my off day so I will see how it goes tomorrow (biceps and chest again). I really don't want to come off cycle to rest and really don't want to miss workouts and lose some potential gains so I will see how it feels tomorrow. If it still bothers me Tuesday I will go to the doctor and have it checked.

The only thing I have done for it yesterday and today is taking some aleve and icing it twice a day. If you have any other recommendations to help speed up the recover other then rest it would be apprecaited.

Thanks for the feedback!

That happens to me too. Every once in awhile after a shower I'll notice a small bruise somewhere. Never had any pain in the area and don't recall doing anything to cause it either. Unfortunately this time there was some slight pain and them a bruise :(
