To get a good workout for my chest i do incline dumbell press, flat dumbell press, and decline dumbell press with a good amount of weight that i can control but is a challenge... i also do flys and when doing them i do one rep were my arms extend to my upper chest then back up then middle then lower....ive seen much results by doing these simple lifts... you just really got to make sure your form is perfect

not sure bout the other question though

Decline will hit the lower chest, flat is middle incline is upper.
With dumbells the last part of the movement doesnt take a lot of effort because their moving horizontaly. You should use cables too because they do the opposite and emphasize the last part of the contraction.

You can switch it up with machines too because if you fail on the bench it's most likely the supporting muscles that fal and not the pecs. By isolating the chest and working it before you hit the bench you can make sure that chest is worked really well.

When do you stop cutting? That's up to you. 17% will still have a lot of fat. I'd definitely keep cutting.

Some people do the three different parts, upper middle, lower. which isnt a bad idea, its actually pretty good.

Some people prefer to isolate them more

Personally, I do bench/incline bench/ cable flys and then pushups or dips. I tend to do more compound exercises tho.

you can do tons of cable exercises to work the upper/middle or lower pecs.

As for the body fat question, you should stop cutting when your happy with your body. 17% is still alot, you will start to see a big change around your stomach when you get to 12-8% body fat. The fat around your midsection will be the last to go anyway so try not to worry about it too much. Just remember to stop when your happy with what you see.

Sorry what do u guys mean by isolating the chest? is that cable flys?

Also, i usually run for 11 minutes thru a distance of 2.4km after my workouts which for me is high intensity. I do this 3 times a week since i workout 3 times a week. the rest are off days. so i was wondering if this is enough? i eat six meals a day but sometimes because my family wants to eat something together i can't afford to eat a small meal. Will this screw up my body?

I read that you should have about BF% of 10 or less to start to see your abs.  I also read in another forum that it gets much harder once you're at about 15%.  I can't speak from experience cause I'm a beginner at about 23% body fat (there's your grain of salt), but just remember that the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism, because muscle burns a lot of energy and fat.   But if it's really getting you frustrated, then change up your routine to avoid feeling like you just can't do it.  It will definitely come.  Keep up the good work.    Here's a good link....

Taking a week off every 2 months or so is a good idea as it gives your body a chance to fully recover.

During both the bulking and cutting stages, you should always be eating clean calories (consuming healthy foods.) This will mean you are getting the nutrients your body needs to grow without exessive fat and sugar etc.

If you are doing this, I wouldnt worry about putting on weight during a week off.

If you eat a heavy dinner occasionally, it may not affect your plan too much, although you have to be selective sometimes in order to reach your goal.

A 1.4% drop is a good start although its difficult to put it into perspective without knowing your actual weight.
