Chest fat - Thursday, August 07, 2008 3:10 AM ( #1 )
I weigh about 150 pounds right now, and my height is 5'11. i used to be chubby - around 185 pounds. I workout about 4 times a week. I'm just worried about my chest fat. i got the nice shape on my chest, but around my nipples theres still alot of fat n i dont know how to get rid of them. it's very soft around the nipples (specially the right side for ride chest, and left side of nipples for left chest) compared to where my chest is divided (its hard). it also feels like there's something moving inside when touched. and my chest is a lil bit cone shaped Just around the nipples. i was just wondering if this is normal, since i came from fat. and what's the best way/excercises of getting rid of it. thank you in advance.

Sounds like you have gyno, you won't be able to get rid of that through diet or exercise, although sometimes it can go on it's own. Google it for more information.

If it is hard then you must have it taken out.  It sucks.

well if you put your arm a certain way most of your skin will concentrate in one area so you could think skin was fat..

Not sure, just gather as much information as you can from websites and consult your doctor.

thanks for all the replies guys, the fact that it might go away gives hope. so thats good. cuz to be honest my gyno is very mild, barely noticeable, only i can notice it when im wearing fitted clothes. i think i will still go for a checkup and see wats up there. but i was also wondering if u guys know what the chances are for it going away later on. im 18 right now.

I have a little fat over my chest, but I have rock hard muscle underneath, and plus, I have not cut in 5 months lol, still bulking, then that felt will pretty much melt off, so I dunno if you have that. It might just be a layer of fat bro.

I wouldn't worry about it too much man-- I had that for years but now, recently, as I'm getting leaner it's going away.

But I know what you mean, its a real nuisance-- especially when you have muscular pecs anyways. Just keep trimming down, you might have to get down to around 11% body fat before it goes away completely
