Chest Excersizes?

Chest Excersizes? - Monday, June 16, 2003 10:02 AM ( #1 )
Hi,

I want my chest to get bigger.
I have been working out quite some time and other body parts have improved
but not my chest.

I have been doing all kinds of excersizes like flys push ups and bench press.
And while my arms are good developped my chest is not.

Does anyone know of other chest excersizes that have worked good for them?

Have you tried the MAX-OT approach to training yet? For some people, it really gives them a massive boost in growth all over.

Flyes, push-ups.. okay.

You want growth? Then try free weight barbell bench presses (inclines, declines, flat) and mix it up with dumbbell presses. [sm=tongue.gif]

6-9 heavy sets. To failure. Get somebody to spot you (preferably who knows how) and go for the heavy basic compound movements.

While flyes and push-ups are good.. I don' t think they would be considered in the same category as the heavy benching mass builders.
