Ive personally gained about six-ten pounds using this super shake. 2 cups of fat free milk 1/2 cup of oatmeal 2 scoops of whey protein (23grams per scoop) 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries 4 whole eggs (substitute with whites before bed and add 1/2 cup of 1% milkfat cottage cheese) Tastes great and really packs on the pounds. I would recommend taking one shake in am and one before bed replacing whole eggs with just the whites (hard boiled) Its cheap too!! Only about 20 buck every couple of weeks

Isn't that a bit too much of protein for a single taking? 30-40 grams in total would seem more resonable. BTW, i remember trying to make a shake similar to this, but I didn't like it. I had like a sip, and poured it out. It was such a waste. Anyways, your shake looks ok, except as you said, with the sugar...

Yes, that is A LOT of protein. For a mass gainer, you should have more carbs than protein. Usually you want atleast a 2:1 ratio. Also, your shake has more than 8g of fat. 1 large egg = ~5g of fat So, aside from everything else in there, the 4 eggs alone have about 20g of fat. You can definitely cut out the 4 whole eggs. A better idea would be to use 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg. The egg whites have no fat. Something similar to this could be used as breakfast/meal replacement if you don't have time to eat. It's a good idea, but needs a little tweaking.

That's similar to a drink I make called an "Ashley Tisdale", except yours goes overboard on the protein- you also calculated it wrong. 16oz milk = 22g 2 scoops at 23g/scoop = 46g 4 eggs = 24g ½cup oatmeal = 2.7g ½cup strawberries = .5g Total = 95.2g of protein The amount of protein varies in milk and eggs, but it's still overkill. Your body won't process that amount of protein. Lower it to 50g max, or a little over that, but I only count 50g of any meal because that's pretty much the max your body is gonna process and the rest is thrown out as waste. Plus, using raw eggs in a shake is the quickest way to get salmonella poisoning and that's an easy 5lb. of weight loss in 3 days. Trust me, every single huffer I know who's done that (we call it, "going Rocky-style") with raw eggs has eventually gotten salmonella poisoning because it's a numbers game. It's a good start for a recipe, just tweak it a bit. EDIT: Maybe you meant used hard boiled eggs no matter what. If so, disregard the salmonella poisoning PSA.
