this is for weight gain only..not cutting
 i drink this on the rare occassions when i don't have alot of time to eat.
 
1 scoop of whey
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup liquid eggwhites
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 pack of regular flavor instant oatmeal
1 light and fit yogurt
2 tbs. of all natural peanut butter
ice cubes
 
Cals 730 protien 71 carbs 59 fat 20
 
 Put its all in a blender and mix it on high for about a minute It taste so good to0.... so cheers
