Check out my new routine - Saturday, March 07, 2009 2:01 PM ( #1 )
If you see any flaws, please point them out and let me know, or possibly suggest better or new exercises.

Almost all of these are done with 3 sets, 8-10 reps.

I don't know many back exercises and I have minimum equipment, so if you can think of any back exercises that I can do at home please let me know.

Any info is much appreciated. Thanks.

Biceps –
Bar Curl, Dumbbell Curl, Hammer Curl

Triceps –
Tricep press, Kickbacks

Chest –
Pushups, Dumbbell Flys, Dumbbell Pullover

Back –
Chin ups

Shoulders –
Lateral Raises, Chin ups

where are the legs?? :S
dont ignore them. i know that u got big legs and dont have to work them, but without leg workouts, u ll lose out on the overall development of the other body parts. prolly u can try shuttle runs and jumping squats. im sure that will make u sore enough.

back workout : dumbell rows,hyper-extensions and weighted pull ups. get chains to hold the weights onto ur hips.

thanks a lot for the help, I appreciate it.

But other than that am I doing enough for all my other muscle groups? I thought 2-3, maybe four exercises per muscle group was pretty standard.

I haven't worked out a schedule yet. maybe I can work on that and post it on here. but it would be something like once or twice a week per muscle group, and then 3-4 days of cardio.

and I do understand that you're supposed to get 72 hours of rest in between each workout for a muscle group.
