Veggeep, you really think that I have great potential for a 6 pack? I have been busting my a** for about a month now, barely any results, some but, not for as hard as I think I have been working, stomach is shrinking more and more but...not definet fine lines yet. What makes you say I have "Great Potential?"

You definitely look 1000x better man. You should work really hard on your chest so you get rid of those fatty round lumps in there and turn it into muscle! Then you wont ever be able to tell that you where a lot heavier you know? Cheers man, and excellent transformation, you have a lot of self motivation. I don't think I could have done the same!

Amazing transformation bro!  I agree with those who said that you have great potential.  It is obvious -- you actually had a good physique under all of that fat that you lost. 
 
I know personally how difficult this is -- I lost 145 lbs -- and have busted you know what for over a year at the gym.  Things take time, but if the rest of you catches up to your arms -- man you will truly be a whole other person.

87 pounds in 6 months.. that's amazing.. what kind of diet were you on.. were you on all those supplement there while you were at it? i mean.. muscle milk.. i thought it was just protein + tons of sugar..  and wouldn't help you to lose any weight..

I was doing the GNC Release program during my diet but I think it was more of a mental thing, changed my diet started working out. 6 months of 900 cal days will do the trick. Hardest part is making sure you keep it off, I know its bad to do, but I weight myself all the time at least 2 - 3 times daily to keep my fat a** in check. I am working at it, will have my gf take an updated pic of myself. The only people that can begin to fathom how hard I work are the people on here. I appreciate the support guys, if I can help anyone let me know.
 
Also about the muscle milk, I have actually lost more weight with it since I have been taking it. Been on the sups now for about 2 weeks to answer your questions.

Been workin my butt off, getting my chest goin and my shoulders are catchin up to my arms. I can't get over the change, any input would be awesome, I stopped cutting as much as I was and doing more bulking I guess you can say but, seems like I have been trading fat for muscle. Let me know what ya think, been lifting with my supps for about 3 weeks now. Thanks a lot for the input

Well on Avg, 900 a day, sometimes I would go to 1100 - 1200 but, most of the time 900 cals, food for a day sometimes consisted of 2 chicken breasts and some fresh spinich leaves, and LOTS of water, I am talkin 3 - 5 gals a day to suppress my appitite

just to let you know that is not good for you man plz take a trip tot eh nutrition cornner and claculate you needed calories your getting me pretty nervous with this less then 1000 calorie stuff

Yeah I am trying to get my lats bigger, its so hard for me tho because I was in a car wreck and my back, in the lower region was never the same, it sucks, but I am still workin at it. I want my back to be massive, I think it's one of the best looking defined parts of someone who works out.

This was from 3 weeks ago, and my pictures I just uploaded were after Breakfast, I know I have some more slimming to do get my BF down even more, I look bigger in the gut because I have no ABS, never worked them out while I was cutting hard so I have 0 but the past 2 weeks I have been working them more and more.
