you're looking good chris keep up the hard work.. god finally someone who doesnt black out their face on the pic, that pisses me off when people do that.  Don't be scared of judgement here guys, thats not what these forums are about.  And dont feel ashamed that someone who knows u might see you on the internet, because they should be happy you're tryin to improve yourself.  Also i bet most of the time when they see a pic of you and your face is blacked out they can probably tell by the background (if it's like your house, etc) and by your physique that its you anyway.. i just dont get it

Unreal, man.  Un-freakin'-real!  WE should put your back photos in a morph application and generate a video from it.  Yours has got to be one of the most compelling transformations I'm watching on this website.

You look about 2000% more cut in this photo than the previous back pic.  Hard to believe it's the same dude in the first set.

Yeah I am trying to get my lats bigger, its so hard for me tho because I was in a car wreck and my back, in the lower region was never the same, it sucks, but I am still workin at it. I want my back to be massive, I think it's one of the best looking defined parts of someone who works out.

Haha, I look back, this quote was a little over a month ago. I didn't even know my back look liked this till last night when I was changing to go to bed and my gf goes, "babe, your back looks really good" I stopped and made her take a picture, I was a little Stunned.

Got to be honest with you, you really inspired me when I saw these pictures. Oddly enough we looked almost alike before weight loss. I started at 300 back in march-april and have lost almost 60 since then, so I guess on not too far off track. Someday I hope to have progress as good as yours and will feel good about posting pictures of my self. Keep it up man!

Your progress is still going great!  In the lower lats, just above the waist you can see some more def!

Hey I was hit by a car and had muscles in upper and lower back severed...you know what...with full range of motion movements and careful stretching after...I am not having any trouble!!!

Truly an inspiration. Your lats have definitely gotten bigger. So, mind posting your training/nutrition, particularly cardio?

Cardio used to be an Everyday thing, now, since I started on some mono creaine, I hav cut it down a bit, I tried it once but I got really tired and my heart was beating too fast. I would lift then hop on an Elliptical for the duration of 300 - 400 calories daily. For training I try ALOT of different things, but I do your typical stuff, Bent over rows, lat pulldowns, sitting rows, dead lifts, pullups. I just lift HARD when I am there. One thing I have been doing is whenever I get a chance between sets, no matter what day it is, I will hit a couple pullups, anywhere from 3 - 5, just because. I like doing them because I never could do them as a teenager in high school, so it's kind of an accomplishment. Nutrition is also pretty regular for me, whole foods, protein shakes (Iso Pure powder), Chicken, Fish, Lean Burgers and beef, I also eat tuna at least once a day. I don't buy pre packaged bread, only fresh stuff from publix. I eat a TON of almonds, walnuts, and unsalted mixed nuts. Basically I not only look at nutritional info on boxes but I also look at ingredients.

I was doing the GNC Release program during my diet but I think it was more of a mental thing, changed my diet started working out. 6 months of 900 cal days will do the trick.

Once again, congratulations!

1) Did you ever hit a plateau?

2) At what rate were you losing fat (& muscle) per week?

1. Small plateu I started running on the Tredmill and off the elliptical, I got stuck at 180 for a while, then hopped back on after 2 weeks and and since then I am to about 169, as of late I have been eating more and more trying to beef up a little bit, its a mental thing, I am so stuck in the mindset that if I eat anything bad that it will go strait to fat, but I am working on it. Like right now I am sitting at Buffalo Wild Wings having a beer and watching th football games.

2. When I was SEVERLY cutting, I was losing anywhere from 4 - 5 lbs a week. Some days I would lose overnight, a pound - pound and a half.

1) How much water were you drinking daily?

2) Were you left with any stretch marks or loose skin from this transformation?

3) When switching over from ~900kcal/daily to ~3000kcal/daily, did you do this gradually or all at once?... Did you quickly gain weight while switching over?

4) How many times a week were you weight lifting & doing cardio & how many hours a day?

1. 2 - 3 Gallons

2. Stretch Marks, yes, looks skin, I dunno still not sure about my lower stomach

3. Gradually, I havent gained much weight, maybe 1 - 3 lbs

4. Lifting about 1 hr, cardio for 30 - 45 mins daily

I don't do anything special, just a CLEAN diet, no sh*t at the beginning, no cheat day nothing. I just started having cheat days. As for lifting, just lift hard every chance you get but don't over do it.

Truly inspiring Chris. Nice work brother.

You are a shining example - just goes to show, if you are willing to put in the hard yards, anything is possible.

Keep up the hard work and get bigger, leaner & stronger.

How did you gradually increase your caloric intake & over how long a period? (+250 kcal a week, +500 kcal a week etc.)

Every week, I eat a little more day, I will keep doing that until I notice myself gaining some fat weight.

That is the key, when overweight it takes alot of mental work to cut the crap, and when you cheat it mind #$%s you and it's like starting all over again. Going in with the mindset that you will eat healthy the rest of your life vrs. you will eat healthy to lose a little bit and then going back... if you think someday you will go back when you lose, you will go back.
Eat...Lift....Sleep......Repeat

Enjoy the process.. but crave the goal.

Just a really clean diet, whole foods, and limiting my calories. Lots of exercise, 7 days a week of cardio. NO CHEAT DAYS.
