Mon.-Chest, Bi, Tri, Forearm, HEavy Bag 20 min ( 5 sets ) 6,8,8,10,15 -Heavy to Light
Tues-Shoulder, Back, Leg, Heavy Bag 20 min. ( 5 sets ) 6,8,8,10,15 -Heavy to Light, Back-Light to Heavy
Wed-Chest, Bi, Tri, Forearm, Heavy Bag 20 min. ( 5 sets ) 6,8,8,10,15 -Heavy to Light
Thurs-Shoulder, Back, Leg, Heavy Bag 20 min. ( 5 sets ) 6,8,8,10,15 -Heavy to Light, Back-Light to Heavy
Fri-Chest, Bi, Tri, Forearm, Heavy Bag 20 min. ( 5 sets ) 6,8,8,10,15 -Heavy to Light
Sat-Heavy Bad-30-40 min.
Sun-Heavy Bag-20 min.

I like working upper body. Obviously.

i dont want to say thats a terrible routine, and i dont know wat your trying to achieve.
 
but if your looking for a big mass gain. you need to have a legg day..
 
i also think you are over working your upper body.
 
wen i workout, i cant lift again on the same muscles for 2 days sometimes 3.
 
you need to look at the top of the page and start on a basic workout. you may not like doing your leggs, but it actually helps with your upper body gains. diet is also a big factor as well though.
 
end of the day you will do wat you want, but i strongly suggest more rest and a leg day.

you are working your arms 3 days, why? chest 3 days, why?
 
post your sets and reps and what exercises you are doing, otherwise you cant really get good feedback

If you are hitting the bag because you are training for a martial art, then this is an exceptionally bad routine.  If you're just hitting it for some cardio, it's still pretty bad...

6 months seriously. I am not hitting the bag for martial arts, I just need to hit it and for some cardio. My gains have gone up a lot from doing this so...and I lift a decent amount.

How do you think I should change it??? Days with muscle groups.

if you are going to be hitting the bag alot i think that you should only lift 3 days a week 4 at the most.  i also would not have so many isolations

Yeah, I am now doing somewhat of a split. It is almost like boomers.

Mon-arms,chest.cardop
tues-shoulders,back
wed-all legs and cardio
thurs-rest
fri-same as mon, every other week i switch to shoulders/back on fri
