Hi, I think the cheapest dumbbells you can possible buy are CAP Barbell, Straight Handle, Hex Dumbbells. Very few companies can beat CAP Barbell on price. Hex Dumbbells are the cheapest kind of dumbbells sold. Watch out for Contoured Handles and Rubber coated though. These tend to cost more. Hampton Dumbbells are about the most expensive dumbbells you can buy. York is also expensive. For cheap dumbbells that do not sacrifice quality, try shopping at http://bodybuilderfitness.com/hex_dumbbells.html This is about as low as prices can get. Take advantage of the savings and buy a pair in the weight you want. Get two. There is even a rack at the bottom of the page which is cheap.

Check the sunday paper for sales at sporting stores such as Dunhams and Sports Authority. I have been able to purchase those same dumbells that are in the link for a lot less at the specialty stores.

You could check walmart, or Goodwill stores, sometimes they have some.

Sorry to bring this thread from the dead but what a waste of broadband spam. You can buy hex dumbbells for more than half off of what you`re asking for! I just bought a pair of 50lb hex dumbbells at Sports Authority for around ~$55 including tax. Your website has one for $135. So the pair will cost $270. WHAT A RIP-OFF!!!!

Craigslist is also a good place to check. Especially this time of year, with a lot of new years resolutions starting to peter out, you might just find some bargains!

Well I live in Canada and I work at Fitness Depot. We sell deumberlls for $.65 per pound. So.. a 20 pounds dumbell would be ($20 X .65) $13.
