Changing things up ... - Sunday, February 08, 2009 3:32 PM ( #1 )
I am not new to working out and have been recently doing smoudzous fullbody 3 day workout, love the results but i think now im going to change up my reps and sets, and switch up some workouts ... Let me know what you guys think. My goals is to increase strength and mass. I'm currently 165 lbs and i would estimate my bf% is about 9 or 10, i want to be a solid 170lbs and decrease my body fat a little. Currently i eat like a horse and sh i t like one too lol...

Mon - Fri

Squats 5x5
Bench 5x5
Chin-ups 3x8
Bent over rows 3x8
Dips 3x8
 
Wed

Deads 5x5
Incline 5x5
Pull-ups 3x8
OH press 3x8
Dips 3x8

Not sure what your question is, it won't hurt to change things up in your routine, especially if you reached a point where you stopped making progress.  Although if something works you don't need to change it too much.

If your goal is only 5 lbs heavier with a slight fat loss then don't try to bulk too fast, clean bulk and get up to a good 175 or 180 if you can, then start cleaning it up. I personally would suggest putting on a lot more muscle, but I just want to be as huge as possible, and think others should try to too lol. Of course I don't know what you look like or any of your details.
