Changess - Monday, October 20, 2008 3:52 PM ( #1 )
Rear Double Bi-  February 1st---> October 1st

Rear Double Bi- May 1st ---> October 1st

Front May 1st ---> October 1st (yes i messed up on the lbs for this one, it is supposed to be 195)

Truthfully i don't notice much change from May untill October. :( :(  but that may just be my tough critique. What are your thoughts slash any critiques or anything.

in the back pics there's noticeable changes, bigger delts and arms. There's some imbalance in your arms though, left triceps seems bigger although I do admit it may be because of the angle.

You need some improvements in the poses, you're squizing the traps in the back double bi pics, you need to spread the lats, expand them.

You're looking good bro, keep up the work

rear deltoid/rhomboid/trapezius have all improved. Less BF as another has pointed out.

Good work, keep it going.

for 17.. you're doing better than 95% of the other 17 year olds out there.

you're 6 foot, and 195 pounds.. so what are your overall goals.  how much do you want to weigh, and at what percentage bodyfat?

Superman I remember you had a very impressive supplement stack - I bet your strength has significantly increased as well?

Well fox, I hurt my back a few weeks ago so i Havnt worked out in that time period ( http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/INJURDED-m426842.aspx )   But I am bulking up right untill april or may.. Then cutting for to get a more leaner look for summer.. I was lookign at trying to get up to 215 pounds by april and I don't have a % bodyfat in mind since I have never tested it before.. Maybe something I should change up and figure out. I am not on a CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN bulk like some  people mention, what the hell I;m 17 im not goign to be eating awesome every meal although I defaintly have a diet betetr then majority of teens by FAR..Lots of water, lots of fruits and vegtables... No pop, no chips..  complex carbs in the morning, LOTS of protein, no gorging out. so on and so forth you guys all know about nutrition
and Yeah adam i defiantly gained some strength after starting that stack. Eat Good, Lift Good, Feel Good, Look Good...
got my bench up to 210X8 reps,  deadlift 245X8 and squat 235X8 AGT.. back in june I couldn't even do 2 pull ups. Now I am doing 3 sets of 8, and soon going to start doing it with extra weight.. So everythings looking up so far!!
