Chalky Palms I wrestled and played football in high school, played a little rugby in college but wrestling and football are just a little too competitive in the Big 10, plus I don't really have time for that anymore. Hooyah Big 10! What school do you go to?

Biceps were sore as hell today, really messed me up flat bench speed warmup 165x3x8 Incline bb 185x5 205x5x2 Biceps started hurtin a lot here, couldn't do any more presses Pec dec fly 100x10 120x10 130x8 Lateral raises front ss. side 25x10x3 each gotta rest up

No workouts, it is the weekend. I need my rest anyway. I lost my last two meals into the toilet last night from drinkin too much cuervo, head is pounding, me needs sleep.

No honestly I never tried. I am at my biggest right now and I weigh a little over 210. If I played any position it would be defense and I'm not fast enough for the secondary and not quite big enough to play linebacker. Like I said, it is the Big 10 and these guys are pretty monstrous, If I was in a Div 2 school I would have probably considered it.

thats a difficult weight to have if you were to wrestle too. you would either keep that weight and wrestle monsters at 275 or have to cut to 189. unless there is different classes in college. WTF are you doing drinkin that nasty ass cuervo for anyways?? you gotta be drinkin Don Julio or Patron. Dont mess around with anything less. Now thats some good advice right there! LOL

Chalky Palms No honestly I never tried. I am at my biggest right now and I weigh a little over 210. If I played any position it would be defense and I'm not fast enough for the secondary and not quite big enough to play linebacker. Yah i'm trying to decide if I would rather go to a D2 school and play football or just go to D1 but it's kinda early to think about that anyways, still have highschool (: I heard D2 wasn't that hard to play though.

connelly- aim at getting bigger stronger and faster and then re-evaluate your choices once you are a junior/senior in high school. I've seen kids get crazy growth spurts that really put the spotlight on them when it comes to scouts. But like I said, aim at going to a D1 and set your sights on it, if it isn't for you then I'm sure you can play D2. kubs- haha I hate cuervo, but it was the lesser of two evils. Some raspberry vodka or cuervo, I hate flavored liquor so it was an easy choice for me.

working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

Great workout... Squat low bar warmup 135x10 225x5 275x3 325x1 Deadlift warmup 135x10 225x5 315x3 415x3 425x1 435x0, grip slipped, no straps or chalk, surprised I got 425 because my hands are sweaty as hell. 315x10 BB rows 135x10 185x6x3 I got some big bicep pumps after this and it got pretty painful, I think I had too much caffeine today, didn't do much else for back because of it. Lunges 95x10x3 each leg, just feelin out the form, never really done these. DC calves 205x5 Hip abductor stack+10 x 12 x 3 Hip adductor stack x 10 x 3 Hammer curls 40x10 50x10x2 Face pulls 95x10 105x10 125x15x2

lunges are great! they really helped put on some size on my quads. they are pretty noticable in my gym shorts. i've still been takin it easy on deads. does look like you had a good workout!

Bench day DB flat bench 60x5 80x5 110x6x3 HS incline press 6 plates x 8 6 plates + 2 25's x 5x2 8 plates x3x2 After this I got bad pumps in my arms again and It got really painful. I have no idea what it was from, possibly the heavy deads and hammer curls yesterday. I don't know though, no supplements. Anyway I did some side raises and that was all I could manage. Gotta get this figured out.

haha yea I'm at school. I usually do drink an energy drink or coffee or something but yesterday I literally had nothing but food. I think my forearm flexors were just sore from the heavy deads the day before and trying to stabilize those 110lb db's just made it even worse lol.

lol it's funny because I was pretty easy pressing the 110's but just getting them into position was definitely a workout in itself like you said. My stabilizer muscles had a field day.

Cardio: Another tabata routine with bw squats and situps BW squats for 20s rest for 10s Situps for 20s rest for 10s 7 times I like doing this, it is short and really gets my heart pumping.

Awesome dips! With bench it seems for me if I get 1 heavy single before maxing I am more acclimated for the weight and do better so: 225x5 250x2 295x1 315x1 And you could skip the 250 if you wanted.
