I've been hearing from my friends that this supplement is great and works well. This is the same response I've got from numerous reviews that I've read as well. I haven't gone into any stores to talk to the workers there because I don't trust them to give me their honest opinion.

Has anyone here used it? I'm convinced that this works well with a great diet and consist excercise, but does anyone have any advice about this in terms of any vitamins to take to counter any possible side effects. I've heard that sometimes it's good to take some kidney or liver support vitamins when taking these supplements?

Also, the reviews and ads say it's just creatine so is it that serious of a supplement that I'd need to take supplements when I end the cycle of this stuff?

Thanks, I'm just trying to cover all my bases before I go out and buy it.

i have tried the m5 stacked with p6.  it worked VERY nicely...   i gained 15 lbs in about 1.5 months,  but i also had JUST started doing HST so i have no idea if all that weight gain was from the cellucor stack.  probably not, but it still helped

side effects from the p6 = increased libido Smile,  agressiveness,  and you will want to listen to METALCORE deathmetal rock music allllllll the time.  my acne also got a bit worse during the p6

m5 = just notice extra energy.

the cellucor is vvvvvvvvery expensive, but i have the hookups, so it was much cheaper for me.   i recommend it.. ONLY if you can afford it.

I ordered it and am planning on cycling it for 2 months. Afterwards, is there any certain type of supplement I should take when I come off it?

are you just taking the m5 by itself?  or are you stacking it with p6?  you'd get MUCH better results by stacking it with the p6.

i took both p6 and m5, and i didn't take anything after my cycle.

if you're taking JUST m5 (kre-alkalyn creatine)  you definately won't need to take anything after the cycle.   the p6 (pro-hormone) is where i'm uncertain if you need to take any supps after the cycle... p6 is good stuff, i recommend getting some

As far as m5, just get some micronized mono.

There's been a shtload versions of p6, which one are we talking about again? As far as I know the newest ones are just herbal sh1t. But here's a post from the Interlocutor on bb.com (very knowledgable guy)

Anywho I would stick with a real tried and true ph/steroid like epistane or halodrol then pay so much for some unknown stuff.
