This is for Cellmass users or whomever has used the supplement in the past preferably by itself not the stack.

Supplements I have taken thus far:  Nitrobolic Extreme, Trac, Trac Extreme, Superpump, ON Whey, NO Xplode

I have recently purchased Cellmass along with another tub of ON Whey Double Rich Chocolate yum.  I was wondering when you should take these supplements because they are both post workout supplements.  Maybe Cellmass right after and ON Whey 30 minutes after that or possibly together?

Currently, I am coming off of my second bottle of NO Xplode.  I like the stuff and it gives me gains and wakes me up in the gym.  However, I do not fair well with that high dose of caffeine so I am going to see if I can maintain results with a post workout supplement.

Does Cellmass gain water retention?  I don't want that bulky watery look to my muscles. 

I am at 10.5 BF Age 21 Weight 170 Height 5'7

Goal:  Maintain Size and Shape.  Want to stay cut or even get a bit more lean.  Nutrition is key as well as cardio which I have been doing after my resistance training.  I just don't want to lose strength but don't want the water retention.

i take cellmass, havent noticed water retention as i was expecting too. take it straight after workout and ON whey shake 15-30 mins after you get the cellmass into you.

yeah cellmass is a CEE creatine, so you should have little or no water retention, and I agree with ado on how you should take them
