i have just bought a regular creatine monohydrate and before cycling it i heard about cell mass being the best creatine product is it a pure creatine? i mean can i take it along with my monohydrate creatine or it will be just a waste of money please help
i am almost a beignner

yes you can take the two together, im actually useing Cell-mass right now, and i am using mono along with it.  Cell-mass isnt all creatine.  Its a combination of many essentials.  But yes, the main ingrediant is creatine ethyl ester (a better form of creatine) plus CEE is easier on your stomach then mono.

then u recommend taking those both along with each other ? i mean if i used cell mass alone will there be any difference if i used it with a regualar creatine?

I'd use CellMass only. I took one scoop upon waking up, and one scoop post-workout.

and as a beginner would u recommend cell mass or regular creatine? also what about taking a weight gainer along with creatine can it help? if so please suggest a weight gainer type to take

As a beginner, I would recommend a 6 week cycle using only a protein supplement.  If you start out using supps, when you take a break from them, as you should, you are more likely to take a long period off from lifting.  I would encourage you to build a base that you know you've built with nothing but sweat, then you can SUPPLEMENT what you have already built.  Plus if you're out of shape your body won't have much to do with the creatine anyway.
