I've been lifting for the past few years, mainly to get bigger, stronger, faster, and just to be the best I can be on the gridiron. Last year i began taking creatine, nothing special, just GNC brand creatine, personally it did JACK for me. So i figured heck i just blew 25 bucks on trying to get big, didn't work oh well, i had gotten bigger w/o it during our spring weight program, problem was i lost much of it during the summer due to poor diet (not enough protein for muscle growth). So this year i thought I'd get sereous for my senoir year, I've just started my new regimend of CELL TECH, NITRO TECH, and 100% WHEY PROTEIN. I must say i was a skeptic at first but it's done things i didn't think possible in just one week! The first week of using these three supplements I've already gained 8 lbs. of muscle! (I know what you're thinking, fat, just sat around eating all day right?) anything but the truth! Not only do i look slightly thinner, i feel thicker in my chest, neck and arms, and i recently ran my fastest mile time ever (not related to my knowledge). Within my first week benching I was already cranking out reps w/ ease that just a year ago i couldn't even complete. Enough crap about that, the point i want to get to is my basic routine w/ my diet. I always start my day (lifting day) off w/ 1 serving of WHEY PROTEIN with 2% milk (31 grams of protein) then i eat about 1/2 a dozen eggs w/ cheese for breakfast. Finally i hit the gym come 8 AM (4 days a week). After doing heavy training and cardio, i use the CELL TECH/NITRO TECH STACK 1 serving of CELL TECH immediately after workout (i have the grape flavored, unless you REALLY like grape, steer clear of it, get the fruit punch) followed 45 min. later by NITRO TECH (the strawberry flavor mixed w/ milk is very good actually, i was verry surprised). After the morning i normally have a normal lunch and dinner (occasionally using the 100% whey during the meals) and then at night i use 1 more serving of NITRO TECH. On non lifting days i use 1 serving of creatine in the morning, along w/ 1 seving of WHEY in the morning and one at night. I normally make sure i do atleast 1 1/2 hours of basketball on non lifting days (this helps to keep the fat gain down and the muscle gain active). My basic understanding of this all boils down to this, your body can absorb a maximum of 5 grams of creatine a day, but creatine uses a formula which spikes insulin levels allowing 10 grams of creatine to enter the muscle (not to all of those looking to make their CELL TECH last twice as long, doing it every other day and/or using only 1 scoop (half a serving) is pointless, you might as well use normal creatine!) and that's how the CELL TECH works. The NITRO TECH and 100% WHEY are both high quality protein powders which put amino acids and protein into your body which encourage muscle recovery and growth, simple as that. A few notes here, MAKE SURE TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER WHEN ON CELL TECH OR ANY OTHER CREATINE! Creatine makes muscles look and feel stronger by "volumizing cells" in your muscles by increasing the amount of water in the cells, therefor it sucks the available water out of your body, people HAVE DIED from use of creatine products and have not properly hydrated. If you take more than the servings per day recomendation you are only making expensive urine, only soo much creatine can be absorbed by your body, so what isn't absorbed is passed through your kidneys and out as urine, so be sure to read the servings per day on the bottle. That's my little schpiel of CELL TECH and NITRO TECH, i hope this information I've learned over the years through school reports, personal and freind's experiences can help you make a educated purchase of your supplements. I got my CELL TECH(30 servings) AND NITRO TECH (63 servings) online off of ebay for only 100 bucks (both the largest containers and the newest formula) and they came with a bag of NITRO BITES, and i got my 100% WHEY from GNC for about 30 bucks for about 72 servings. I'll be sure to update on my own progress with these supplements, may your lifts be heavy and your muscles huge!

I've been keeping up with my diet and still feel more solid than ever, I am however already getting tired of the Grape CELL TECH. Kinda sucks to have something you know works soo well, to taste that bad, like i said I've heard that other flavors taste better and I'm not really a grape flavor kinda guy (i was sent the wrong flavor from online and figured I'd use it anyways). I'm finally done w/ the loading phase for the CELL TECH though, so atleast now I only have to take one a day. Leave me a post if this helps at all, if you're trying the same stuff and your results, or any advice you may have w/ diet and or training.

I was just wondering how much the Nitro-Tech/Cell-Tech is costing you per month. I'm currently using BSN Cellmass, BSN NO-Xplode, and Optimum 100% Whey. It's costing me about $100 a month.
