I think i read your post wrong, but anyway... Eating a 6-7 meals a day, and abiding by the protien and carb rules you'll be fine. If you want less recovery time, load up some cellmass and nitrix.. Throw some no-xplode in ther to maximise results. Again, you dont need them or need these particular products...

If you wanted to could get on some NO like NO explode or something like that. All NO products do is allow you to workout longer with less fatigue and make your veins larger.

whats up with these 15 year olds coming on here and saying they look like ronnie coleman. if you do that stuff, good for you but i dont really care either way. do you know how low 3% bf is, the only 15 year olds i knew with that low bf were 105 pound wrestlers. when did u start working out, 12. thats why i always find these claims to be hard to believe.

BSN's Cell Mass and NO Xplode are part of the Mass Stack they have been promoting.  Xplode is supposed to promote more potent pumps and improve the flow of blood and delivery of nutrients, like any NO product.  I have trained with such things as Gaspari's Super Pump, and I can say that I don't find NO products to be anything to rave about.  They probably give you some sort of boost, but you have to remember good nutrition can help u like 50 times as much as good supplementation...that being the case, it is only logical to say that, unless you are an advanced bodybuilder trying to fine-tune certain parts of your physique by supplementing certain products, it is wise to make sure your nutrition is always top priority.  Clean foods all day long, I'd take a slab of lean stake over a powder creatine drink any day of the week.  For those of you who do choose supplements, definitely check out www.nutritionwholesalers.com, they seem to have really good prices on almost any product I can think of.
