How long should you cycle on it? How long should you cycle off? What would be a good thing to take while you are off it?

BSN's Website says no cycling? Is this true? It says " no load, no bloat, no cycling creatine."

ok well i heard right after you cycle off you lose alot of mass? what would be a good supplement to take while you are off so you dont lose all the mass?

gotta say i love cell mass .. i stack it with NO XPLODE but the hidden secret is SUPER PUMP.. i think its WAYYY BETTER then no xplode and tastes better too lol... but the cell mass is an ethyl ester creatin much different then Cell tech an mono hydrate .. the monohydrate will bloat you more thnet he ethyl ester .. and give you faster size difference.. buut i noticed more prominent and better gains with the cell mass...i take it for a month ..come off for a month or 2 and then hop back on it again for 4-6 weeks.. been takin it for 6 months now on and off i like it ..It gives my muscles nice and hard feeling and good pump fromthe Nitric oxide..this and a good diet is sweeet but i amm going to branch inot Pro hormones like 1AD..

i would think while u cycle off cellmass.. you should take musclemilk. it is supposed to boost natural creatine production in your body.. so since you have to cycle creatine every so often.. i would take musclemilk so you dont lose the gains and pumps.

Since when is Musclemilk the miracle supp??? Just simply continue taking your regular whey protein and possibly casein and you will be fine. When cycling off creatine, it doesnt mean that you have to cycle off anything else. Cycling off is so you can continue to see results.

8 weeks on, 4 weeks off worked well for me on Cellmass.
