The Cell-Tech label suggests to take two scoops in the morning and then immediately after working out. Two scoops has 10.5 g of creatine. Should i divide it into four (taking one scoop four times daily) because that is what my other products have suggested. Can someone please help me with this question. If i should take it four times daily when should i take it?

do it like the label suggests and take one scoop in the morn and one at night or after your workout. and just in case you didnt know, you only take two servings(4 scoops) of cell tech for the first 5 days that you use it, all the other days are only one serving(two scoops)

Anyone else have any suggestions? After the loading phase it says to take two scoops after your workout. Then i wouldnt have any pre-workout. That is why i am wondering if i should divide it into four on the loading phase and then into two after that. I think the MuscleTech may have made a serving two scoops so that people can still do it four times a day and then two times a day. Anyone???

what you should do is have one scoop 30 minutes preworkout and than have another scoop immediately postworkout. 5.25g pre and 5.25g post, that sounds pretty good and next time your probly better off getting a creatine w/o so much sugar, some of the more popular and cost efficient ones are purple k(pill), no-xplode(powder), xceed(powder). celltech has 75g of sugar per serving, which is a shipload more than you want or need in your creatine.

cell-tech and cellmass are different, lol cell-tech is creatine mono, and cellmass is cee, which is why cell-tech has to be loaded
