Hey all,

I've been taking Cell-tech creatine for exactly one month today. I've  been working out 3-4 times a week. I used to weigh 215 of fat.. but i was solid.. athletic. Took me a year and i lost a lot of weight and went down to 165 even.I now weigh 169.5 after taking the cell-tech and workin out. I've taken Cell tech for a month now, and its helped me a lot. I see myself gettin more gains out of it. I started doing 3 sets of 10 of 95 lbs.. and ill admit it was difficult.. cuz i was just startin ya know.. and now, i am doing 120 easy. I see more definition in my abs and chest. My arms have gotten bigger as well.. along with shoulders. Im really likin the difference... and since i've been on it.. i've been eating a lot more but not gaining weight.. is this the creatine? Im strongr than i was when i was 215 and i feel much better. I have very little.. and i mean very little excess skin.. so its ok. Im tryin to get up to 180.So is my creatine doing its job well? and whats a good meal for body builders? Me bieng hispanic, i eat lots of beans, rice, steak, chicken and some pork.. but not a lot.

I hear Bacon is a good source of protien.... what would u suggest i'd start eating? would fruit help too?

thanks for lookin guys!
god bless

Not very nice MrAllStar, the only issue with MuscleTech, is the price.
The results you are getting are what they promised, just be aware that when you cycle off you will see your size shrink a little, as the water flushes out with the creatine.  It will come back strong again when you cycle back on.

thanks for that bud,

Well it works.. it says to use for a minimum of 9 weeks. After the 9 weeks whats going to happen? im sure i have to cut it off some time.. do i take half the amount when i want to get off of it, then stop... or go cold turkey when i do it?

just curious.. cuz i cant buy it all my life ya dig?

Cold Turkey
Most supps like this are 2 months on and one month off and repeat.  If you find it too pricey, there are cheaper brands, or you can look at the online stores, they always have clearance goods.  They clear when they are getting near their due dates, but most comtainers only have a months worth in them anyway, so you won't pass the due dates unless you stock up.

Since you were 'beginning' much of your gain could have been from new muscle growth, and not the actual CellTech.
