What is the difference of Casein vs Whey? And how do I realize which supplement contains which (besides the one that are actually called whey)? For example Syntha 6

casien is a slow release protien, primarily taken before bed to get protien synthesis goin over night. whey is much quicker release protien. primarily taken before and after workouts. use google, you'll find lots on the subject as well.

kublakhan pretty much hit it i kinda consider them in different categories, whey isolate protein powder is tops for pre and post workout. Other proteins that state casein or concentrate etc are more time released to give your body a stable source of protein and nutrients for 6-8 hours like sleeping. Get the whey isolate for post workout.
